1 - ASSESS
Utilising our FREE Desktop Energy Optimisation Report to assess the opportunity for energy efficiency and energy compliance. This will establish if there is an opportunity to progress to stage two as well as provide the customer with a useful high-level assessment of savings and compliance requirements.
2 - DIAGNOSE
Delivery of an onsite Investment Grade Audit, delivered against agreed SLAs with the 3rd party provider and charged to the customer. Paid for audit allows for penalties against failure to meet SLAs and ensures customer is managed to a defined timeline and journey.
3 - PRESCRIBE
‘Prescribe’ includes the delivery of a Net Zero Plan and Environmental Policy. It provides the customer with a tangible benefit and valuable asset they can use within marketing, CSR and compliance delivery. This will also include the Net Zero Chaser to allow customers to track carbon emissions.
4 - PROCURE
Providing the customer with a range of 3 funding options:
o IEM standing charge uplift (default position)
o Funded via 3rd Party
o Capital Project
We will also provide 3 quotes for each measure recommended to show independence and market prices.
5 - ADMINISTER
Providing the customer with a project management service, operating as lead contractor and managing the installation and sign off process.
6 - MONITOR
Where an insured service delivery is agreed, a monitoring solution will need to be established to protect our position and provide visibility of success to the customer.
